- Welcome everyone to WWE Payback! Tonight we’re going to have some very personal battles, starting with John Cena facing the man who’s on a mission to end the career of “The Cenation Leader”, Batista! Also, Kevin Owens will be defending his United States Championship against “The Big Dog” Roman Reigns, who’s eager to get his hands on the sneaky Owens. And obviously our big Main Event! Seth Rollins has a helluva task in front of him as he defends his WWE World Heavyweight Championship against 3 other superstars in the likes of Sheamus, Dean Ambrose and the scary Bray Wyatt! Will Rollins be able to overcome these odds once more or will we crown a new WWE World Heavyweight Champion? Stay tuned! Coming up, we’re opening this show with Alberto Del Rio facing “The Swiss Superman”, Cesaro!

Match 1 – Alberto Del Rio  VS  Cesaro

-         The Mexican superstar is once again accompanied by his new manager, Mr. Marella while Cesaro comes with his tag team partner and friend Tyson Kidd. The match is mostly even, with Cesaro showing he’s the stronger man and overpowering Del Rio several times. After Del Rio goes outside to have a quick chat with his manager Marella, he re-enters the ring and apparently with a new plan. Del Rio starts using more MMA based moves, trying to target Cesaro’s shoulder, which had issues in the past. Del Rio keeps locking moves on Cesaro’s shoulder, hitting several armbreakers and nasty kicks. Cesaro finally managed to counter and begins a fury of European Uppercuts, even with one of his shoulders clearly hurt. He goes on frenzy but is stopped by Del Rio’s fast reaction, sending “The King of Swing” against the turnbuckle with full force.

-    "Mexico's Greatest Export" then takes the opportunity to place Cesaro in the tree of woe and goes for his devastating Diving Double Foot Stomp! It fully connects and the match is seemingly over but somehow, Cesaro manages to kick out at the last second, making Mr. Marella lose his cool.

-     Alberto Del Rio also can’t believe it and signals the Cross Armbreaker and goes for it but Cesaro, showing incredible power once more, picks Del Rio up with the full body weight on and reverses it into a Giant Swing! The crowd loves it and Cesaro goes for the cover but Del Rio shows great awareness and goes under the bottom rope and to the outside. Cesaro is quick in his pursuit but Mr. Marella begins interfering, arguing to Cesaro’s face with the referee trying to regain control of the situation. All of this gave enough time for Del Rio to hit a brutal Backstabber on Cesaro, while re-entering the ring to stop the count-out. He goes to the outside again and goes for his signature Low Super Kick but Cesaro caught him and sends him to the announcers table with sheer force. Cesaro gets fired up and goes to the announcers table…..

-     Everyone is on their feet as Cesaro hits The Neutralizer, leaving both men apparently unconscious as the referee signals for a Double Count Out.

                                                                  Double Count-Out

- Both Mr. Marella and Tyson Kidd look worried as they see Del Rio and Cesaro still not moving and apparently hurt. The referee calls out the EMTs, who come rushing down to ringside, trying to provide assistance to the fallen superstars. What a way to start this PPV!

                                                   The Wyatt Family

- Backstage we see a dark room, when suddenly Bray Wyatt’s voice is heard. He begins rambling about how he’s getting closer to “him”. He knows he is and he knows “he” is watching everything. Wyatt goes on to say that he can see right through “him” like no one else and he can see the lies, the fear and the obscurity in “his” heart. He says tonight he will get the last piece of a puzzle that has been in the works for quite some time and all of that, all of this, all the destruction, the blood and all the violence….. Is all for “him”. Tonight he will get the golden ticket, the ultimate card that will bring “him” right to his feet….. As Wyatt appears closer to the camera, The Wyatt Family show up behind him. “The Eater of Worlds” then simply says “Go on my brothers…. Go make the devil’s work…. “ before unleashing an evil laugh.

- We return to ringside where Michael Cole informs the audience that both Del Rio and Cesaro have been taken to a near hospital as a precaution but reports say they are both fine, simply a bit shaken from the table impact. Moving on, Cole and JBL remind everyone that tonight might be Randy Orton’s night. That’s right; the Best Out of 5 Series between “The Viper” and Daniel Bryan might meet an end tonight if Orton wins his match, since he’s in the lead by 2-0. JBL mentions how Bryan is against the wall right now and there’s nothing else that he can do besides winning. Michael Cole says Orton has been playing some serious and unsettling mind games with Bryan over the last few weeks, even going as far as entering Bryan’s own house and threaten his wife Brie Bella. As if this wasn’t enough, Orton went one step further and viciously RKO Brie Bella in the middle of the ring as a helpless Bryan looked on. All of this for a shot at the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. What other despicable moves will Orton try to secure his opportunity or will Bryan show a new face tonight and unleash all of his rage? That’s what we’ll discover next! Randy Orton vs Daniel Bryan: 3rd Match!

Match 2 – Randy Orton  VS  Daniel Bryan

-         The audience sees a very serious and focused Daniel Bryan walking down to the ring, probably the most focused he has ever been. On the other side, we see a cold Orton looking on, with no emotions whatsoever. Scary. As soon as the referee calls for the bell, “The Yes Man” jumps Orton like never before, completely disregarding the rules or the referee’s orders. Bryan keeps beating Orton up with a fire in his eyes, kicking “The Viper” with full force on his legs before locking in the Cattle Mutilation early on! Orton screams in agony, probably thinking that he shouldn’t have poked the bear. Bryan suddenly releases the hold and applies a Dragon Sleeper while screaming at Orton, saying he will pay for everything. Bryan even uses the ropes for advantage and applies more pressure as the referee tries to warn him that if this keeps up he will have do DQ him, which Bryan says he doesn’t care. Bryan again releases the hold and actually goes for a Piledriver on Orton! Instinct kicked in and Orton managed to reverse it into a back drop, knowing that he might have survived a broken neck attempt. Orton looks actually scared but soon regains focus and attacks Bryan with several stomps and kicks to the back but again, a vicious Bryan gets Orton’s legs and turns it into a Sharpshooter! Orton is quick in reacting this time and manages to pull Bryan’s hair and punches him right in the face and goes for his signature backbreaker, which Bryan amazingly reverses into a Yes Lock! Orton is once again in a submission move and one must wonder how much longer he can take this.

-     Orton valiantly reaches the bottom rope, which makes the referee step in to order Bryan to release the move. Bryan looks pissed and goes for a German Suplex but “The Viper” counters into a brutal RKO! He only has enough strength to put his arm on top of Bryan as the referee counts. When everyone thought this was it, Bryan kicks out which made the crowd erupt with cheers and chants of support. Orton looks at the referee in disbelief, wondering what else he needs to do to put Bryan down for good. “The Apex Predator” regains his composure and stalks Bryan for another RKO. As Bryan gets to his feet, Orton goes for the finish but Bryan somehow manages to block it and throws Orton against the referee, making the official fall to the outside. Bryan goes for a dropkick on Orton but misses, with Orton hitting his backbreaker. Randy then looks around and picks a steal chair, taking advantage of the referee being knocked out.

-     He waits for Bryan and charges with the chair but Bryan is fast and hits a low dropkick to Orton’s legs, making the third generation superstar hit his own head against the chair and the corner! As a dizzy Orton turns around, Bryan hits a vicious Running single leg high knee! He covers Orton as the referee regains his senses and makes the 3 count! That’s it! Bryan survives and relaunches the Series! It’s now 2-1!

                                                         Winner: Daniel Bryan
                                                            (Orton 2   1 Bryan)

- The crowd chants for Bryan as the bearded superstar looks at a hurt Orton running away through the ramp. “The Yes Man” shouts at Orton and says it’s not over yet as a huge “Yes” chant begins. Perhaps this is what Bryan needed, to become more vicious in order to go toe-to-toe with the despicable Orton!

Stephanie McMahon & Triple H  Seth Rollins

- Backstage we see Triple with a returning Stephanie McMahon talking. “The Billion Dollar Princess” says it’s great to be back and she’s already excited for what the future holds, with so many great superstars. She goes on to say that none of this would be possible if it wasn’t for the amazing man in front of her; “The King of Kings” Triple H. The crowd boos. Triple H says her return is the best thing that has happened to him in a very long time, mentioning how things aren’t as great as he wished them to be. He goes on to say between having Paul Heyman and Lesnar’s attorneys calling him every day about the mystery man who attacked him at Extreme Rules, the fact that he has no idea where Kane or JeriShow are and the worse one: Rollins not being the champion they thought he would be. Stephanie agrees that he’s been below par and perhaps they need to re-think some things soon. At that very moment, Seth Rollins enters the room. The champion says he actually heard what they were saying and admits in being tired of it. Instead of supporting their champion, they keep putting him in difficult positions time and time again. But that’s not the worse part…. What is beginning to make him lose patience is how every single time he overcome odds and retains the championship, he’s still questioned by the same people: The Authority. Rollins goes on to say he’s tired of being their little pet project when he gets no respect from them, which makes him wonder if he actually needs The Authority or if they are only slowly him down. Triple H gets in his face and tells him to shut his mouth before things get worse for him. “The Game” tells Rollins he’s also losing patience with all this attitude and rebellion towards the people who put him where he’s at right now and says they can take it all away if needed. Stephanie steps in and tells Rollins that instead of having words, the best he can do is show them what a great champion he is tonight in the Fatal 4-Way Match…..And if he happens to not accomplish that, well…. Then perhaps its time to start thinking on a more worthy champion. Rollins stares at both Triple H and Stephanie before smirking at them and leaving the room.

- We return to our broadcast, where Michael Cole and JBL are taking a look at The Wyatt Family and their path of destruction. They mentioned how the group has attacked several WWE superstars such as Neville, Ryback, Darren Young, the champion Seth Rollins and even The Rock. Much has been speculated about their true motives and goals with no answer in sight. JBL speculates that Bray Wyatt is trying to call out someone but who or why, he has no idea. Cole says Bray Wyatt has been calling the WWE World Heavyweight Champion “the last piece of the puzzle”, which is also interesting but confusing. They also mention how the rest of his Family have been unstoppable, winning the WWE Tag Team Championships and following their leader’s orders to the fullest. But apparently there were some people who had enough of it, which are the cases of Neville and Bad News Barrett. Once former enemies, the Englishmen apparently joined forces in the war against The Wyatt Family and have set their sights on the championships as well. JBL tells us that from what he’s hearing backstage, they are calling themselves “The British Invasion” and they mean business! Speaking of which, the WWE Tag Team Championships are on the line next! The Wyatt Family faces the newly formed team of Neville & Bad News Barrett, The British Invasion!

The Wyatt Family  VS  The Bristish Invasion

-         Luke Harper & Erick Rowan come down to the ring without either their leader Bray Wyatt or his brother, Bo Wyatt. Some news tells us that ever since Bo Wyatt lost to Neville and granted The British Invasion a title shot, no one has seen or heard of Bo which might not be good news. As for the match, the Brits showed great chemistry, combining hard-hitting attacks from Barrett with high flying moves from Neville. Unfortunately, the superior power of Harper & Rowan get to Neville, who gets separated from his partner and gets a vicious beat down by both monsters. BNB tries to motivate his partner but Harper just keeps on assaulting "The Man That Gravity Forgot”, hitting him with hard punches and a big boot. The Wyatt Family made several tags, always keeping Neville on the ground and preventing him from using his well-known areal offense. After a missing Super Kick by Harper, Neville managed a short comeback, hitting several kicks to the legs followed by a springboard DDT.

-     As the British superstar was gaining momentum, Harper put a stop on it by hitting a brutal Spinning side slam, going for the cover. The always valiant Neville managed to kick out but the terrible Wyatts just won’t let go and Rowan is tagged in. Neville is thrown around like a ragdoll, while BNB can only watch. After a failed attempt at a Spin Kick by Rowan, Neville managed to hit a couple of explosive moves, allowing him enough time to finally tag in Barrett, who comes on with a huge cheer from the crowd. Barrett goes on a punch fury, showing why he’s a former bare-knuckle boxer, hitting Rowan as hard as he can! Harper tries to interfere but gets caught with a Big Boot from Barrett, followed by a fantastic 450º Splash from Neville, sending Harper to the outside.

-     Barrett gets in position and starts setting up his famous BullHammer elbow smash, which he fully hit on Erick Rowan! This might be it!

-     Hold on….. The lights went out……. What’s happening….Out of nowhere, a strange monstrous figure shows up with a sheep mask just like Rowan. He takes off the mask and it’s Braun Strowman, a former Strongman! He enters the ring while a shocked Barrett looks on.

-     He quickly picks Barrett up and hits a vicious Chokeslam, with the referee calling for the bell as this ends with a DQ.

Winners by DQ: The British Invasion
Still WWE Tag Team Champions: The Wyatt Family

- After planting Barrett in the mat, Neville tries to save his partner, kicking him on the legs several times but the best he got was a huge chop to the head, followed by a Lifting arm triangle choke, leaving Neville unconscious. Harper and Rowan finally join Strowman in the ring, as the Wyatt Family has apparently welcomed a new destructive member to their ranks….

                                                      Batista

- Backstage we see Renee Young walking close to Batista’s locker room door, waiting to get a word from “The Animal”. Batista comes out and looks upset, telling Renee that she’s disturbing him and that’s something no one should ever do. She apologizes, telling him she just wants to know what are his thoughts about tonight’s important match against John Cena. Batista quickly tells Renee that he didn’t even wanted to be here tonight since he had other movie commitments but of course no one even remembered that in WWE. They just made a match without even asking him but doesn’t matter because since he actually took the time from his busy schedule in Hollywood to be in this dump, might as well make the best out of it and end Cena’s career once and for all. He knows very well the internet wrestling fans would love him for that, since those little nerds can’t do anything else with their life’s besides sitting on a chair in front of a computer and complain 24/7. That’s why he’s a champion and a successful movie star and all of those people aren’t. He gets things done like no one else and that applies to anything he puts his hands on and right now what he wants is to take his rightful place as THE MAN in WWE, like he should have been all these years. After he ends Cena, he will have words with Mr. McMahon, Triple H and whoever runs this crappy company and demand to be treated like he should; their most valuable asset. Batista slams the door, leaving Renee a bit scared.

- We return to ringside where Cole gives us a bit of a background story on the whole Owens/Reigns situation. All of it started when Roman Reigns answered John Cena’s United States Championship Challenge on RAW and actually had the champion beat until the always egotistical Owens showed up, kicked Reigns right in the face and caused the disqualification, all of it because he wanted to take the title from Cena himself. The situation didn’t pleased “The PowerHouse”, who quickly showed Owens he meant business by attacking him and laying “The Prizefighter” on the mat, apparently having the champion’s number. After weeks of avoiding Reigns, tonight the two will finally meet in proper contest, something that seems to benefit the very hungry and focused Roman Reigns, looking ready to take revenge. Who will emerge victorious? The always resourceful champion Kevin Owens or will Roman Reigns show supremacy and take a title that he claims it should be his? Wait no more because that match is next!

Match 4 – Kevin Owens  VS  Roman Reigns

-        The match starts with Owens taking his time, going to the outside several times right after some strong grappling. It seems the champion wants to play some kind of mind games with Reigns, which one must wonder if that’s a good idea. Owens keeps avoiding Reigns until “The Big Dog” has enough and gets Owens outside with a beautiful Over the top rope jump! He then picks Owens up and throws him right back to the ring, hitting several clotheslines on the corner. Owens begins shouting for the referee, who backs Reigns off, long enough for the sneaky Owens to hit an eye rake, followed by a back suplex. The always cocky and confident champion begins taunting the crowd, who replies with boos around the arena. Owens got control of the match and locked several headlocks in order to slow down any potential comeback from Reigns.

-     Even so, the powerful superstar managed to break it and hit Owens with some great Leaping Clotheslines and a went for a Samoan Drop, which Kevin Owens reversed into a Brainbuster and followed by a magnificent Frog Splash that would made Eddie Guerrero proud. Despite his best efforts, Reigns still kicked out and countered a Pop-Up Powerbomb attempt, hitting a hard slap to Owens face, followed by a Side Slam.

-     Reigns began gaining some momentum and again clothesline Owens all over the ring and this time hits the Samoan Drop! A groggy Owens tries to regain focus but the only thing he encounters is a Superman Punch right on his jaw!

-     The crowd begins standing up, knowing that the end might be near as Roman Reigns prepares for his devastating Spear! Out of nowhere, Owens managed to counter Reigns Spear into a small package, clearly using the ropes for advantage and earning the 3 count! Kevin Owens retains!

Winner and Still United States Champion: Kevin Owens

- Reigns can’t believe it as the crowd boos. Kevin Owens managed to use the ropes for advantage and secure the pinfall and therefore retaining his United States Championship. “The Prize-Fighter” got the last laugh as he celebrates on the outside.

                                                      Paul Heyman

- We return to Payback’s broadcast and some breaking news is on! It’s been confirmed that tomorrow on Monday Night RAW, Paul Heyman will return and it seems he has some important message to The McMahons! It’s already common knowledge that whenever Paul Heyman has something to say, it’s definitely a must see! What will Brock Lesnar’s advocate has to say? We’ll learn it tomorrow night!

                                   Sheamus   Triple H

- Backstage we see Sheamus talking to Triple H. “The Celtic Warrior” tells the COO how he knew from the very beginning that trusting Seth Rollins was a big mistake and that he’s clearly the man for the job, reminding Triple H how loyal he is to the company and to him personally. Triple H agrees that perhaps Rollins was not a good choice but it seems that’s a trend these days. He says that from Orton to Rollins, the result was always the same: disappointment. He then asks Sheamus if the same will happen if he wins the WWE World Heavyweight Championship tonight. Sheamus quickly lets HHH know that he’s more capable than any of those losers and that he’s a real fighter, he beats people up, he fights head on and knows who’s his real friends really are. Meanwhile, Dean Ambrose shows up and apologizes for interrupting their love fest but he couldn’t happen to hear Sheamus saying that he’s more capable than anyone in WWE. Ambrose tells Sheamus that he acknowledges his past championship accomplishments but those didn’t surprised him considering his connections within the company, mentioning how having friends in the right places earns him some nice things. Sheamus gets in Ambrose’s face and tells him that everything he got was because he was simply better than the rest and that’s something Ambrose only can dream about. Triple H goes between both men and says it’s time to put your money where your mouth is and show what they really got because he’s beginning to doubt there’s anyone worthy enough of being The Authority champion and represent this company. Triple H leaves, with both Ambrose and Sheamus staring at each other.

- A video package is shown, hyping the upcoming match between John Cena and Batista. It shows how “The Animal” reached Hollywood success ever since leaving WWE and how John Cena continued being the face of the company. Ever since the return of Batista that the former World Champion has set his sights on Cena, showing signs of past grudges for never being consider in the same league as his rival and never being seen as the face of the company, something that never felt right to big Dave. Currently living a very successful period in Hollywood, Batista still wants to reach the goal of being the top star in WWE, even if it’s just to show The McMahons what they really missed. On the other side of the plate we have John Cena, who was enjoying a nice United States Championship run until “The Animal” got in his path, resulting in “The Cenation Leader” losing the championship to Kevin Owens and finding himself not only fighting for his pride but also his own career, something that Batista has promised to end several times. Who will have the last word? Will Cena keep his place as the face of WWE or will Batista reach his ultimate goal and eradicate Cena from WWE forever? Time to find out!

Match 5 – John Cena  VS  Batista

-         Batista shows his disdain towards the audience, showing how he doesn’t even want to be there. Both men stare at each other, while Batista tells to Cena’s face that he’s going to reclaim his rightful position in wrestling. Cena smirks and both trade a fury of punches as the crowd gets hot right the get-go. John Cena, arguably one of the best brawlers in WWE, gets some advantage over big Dave, pushing him towards the corner but Batista isn’t here to play around, reversing the tables and now it’s his time to show that his MMA training paid off, with “The Animal” hitting some nasty elbows to Cena’s head, perhaps trying to open a wound like he did on RAW. Batista looks possessed and keeps punching Cena and clearly this match has become a fist-fight. The referee tries to separate Batista from Cena but the Hollywood star doesn’t like that and threatens to punch the referee. Batista keeps his assault, hitting some fierce knees to the face while talking trash to Cena. As usual, that doesn’t work out well, with Cena bursting with another series of punches, with Batista trying to defend himself in every way he can. Cena goes for a suplex but it’s blocked, with both men doing a power struggle to see who can suplex who. In the end, Cena manages to get his suplex and quickly goes to the top rope.

-     John Cena goes for his signature Diving Leg Drop but Batista incredibly gets Cena mid-air and hits an earth-shaking Spinebuster! Dave goes for the cover but Cena kicks out. Batista slowly picks up his rival and hits a strong powerslam and a running low big boot to the face.

-    He keeps hitting Cena’s back with some hard stomps while shouting that he’s THE MAN but the always gutsy John Cena manages to grab his foot and brings “The Animal” down and locks in the STF! Batista’s ego put him in some big time trouble as he struggles to get to the ropes as Cena applies as much pressure as he can. After almost passing out, Batista uses all of his strength that he still has and reaches the bottom rope, making Cena break up the hold. John then waits for Dave to get up and tries to finish this off with the AA, which Batista blocks by grabbing the ropes and elbowing Cena in the face once again. That gave the big man time to hit a strong spear, almost a desperate one. Batista begins to show signs of frustration and takes off the corner pad, exactly like he did at Extreme Rules and that it costed Cena his United States Championship.

-     Batista then slowly picks up Cena and goes for the Batista Bomb against the exposed turnbuckle!

-     But Cena, somehow aware of what was going to happen, punches Dave several times and drop toe holds Batista, who goes head first into the same exposed turnbuckle! AA! Cena goes for the cover and the referee does the 3 count! John Cena wins this as Batista’s plan back fired big time!

                                                            Winner: John Cena

- John Cena celebrates in the ring although being extremely groggy after all those shots to the head. The referee tries to help Cena, who stumbles as the crowd look worried. The referee calls for some help but Cena refuses. Perhaps this was Batista’s goal all along, as the big man doesn’t look concerned for the defeat and actually smirks on his way out to backstage.

                                                  New Day

- Backstage we see The New Day having some fun, telling jokes to each other’s. At that moment, The Miz & R-Truth show up and stare at them with a disgust look in their faces. Miz says he has no idea how those 3 are still with WWE, considering how irrelevant they are and how they’ve become nothing more than a joke. R-Truth steps in and says they might have started in a promising way but it’s been downhill ever since and yet here they are, all happy and jolly when a huge conspiracy is happening in this company as we speak. Woods stops R-Truth and asks him what the hell he is talking about, saying how it’s really hard to get anything he says these days, leaving Truth furious. Big E then says that they are simply booty and live in fantasy world, with their weird theories and their annoying whining. Kofi says it’s the usual from The Miz tho, everyone knows this man is a top performer when crying and complaining is in order, which makes Miz wanting to jump on Kofi but R-Truth stops him, saying they aren’t worth it. Before leaving, Miz goes on a rant telling them he’s a former WWE Champion, he has held more titles than the 3 of them combined and he’s a real superstar, something they will never be. He tells them to keep on joking while the machine keeps bringing them down until they are nothing more than a comedy trio, with nothing to show for. Awesome Truth leaves with New Day joking that Miz’s hair looked like a cow just licked it all day.

- We return to broadcast as we take a look at the WWE World Heavyweight Championship picture. Ever since Seth Rollins cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase and won the title, he’s been called “The Future” of the WWE, earning that title from The Authority itself but one man wasn’t going to take it. Actually, not a man. A Beast. Brock Lesnar went on a path of destruction after feeling robbed of the title at Wrestlemania and went on to bulldoze his way up to Rollins once again, after dispatching the likes of Kane, Chris Jericho, The Big Show and “The King of Kings” himself, Triple H. As the odds seemed impossible to beat, Rollins managed to retain the championship at Extreme Rules after an unknown masked person attacked Lesnar with a steal chair, causing the disqualification. Much isn’t known about that person but apparently he isn’t associated with The Authority or Seth Rollins himself, with COO Triple H trying to find out who got into their own Main Event match without knowing. Meanwhile, Seth Rollins was on top of the world after surviving “The Beast Incarnate” but the good spirits wouldn’t last long as Rollins got his WWE World Heavyweight Championship stolen from him by the dark and mysterious Bray Wyatt. The leader of The Wyatt Family took the championship from Rollins with a goal in mind, yet to be known, and that didn’t sit well with The Authority, mentioning how this made their champion look weak to the media and that perhaps they didn’t choose the right champion. Enter Sheamus and Dean Ambrose. Both brawlers have been in the mix of a heated rivalry and after learning about Triple H’s doubts over Rollins capabilities, they made their own cases to secure a chance at the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. While Sheamus is known for his good relations with “The Game”, Dean Ambrose simply used the moment to get himself into the scene and perhaps bringing gold with him. After recovering the title, the tension between Seth Rollins and Triple H hasn’t cooled down and it seems that tonight’s match might be the last straw. Will Seth Rollins prove without a shadow of a doubt that he’s a true champion and he doesn’t need The Authority or will we be crowning a new champion? Will Bray Wyatt get his “last piece of the puzzle” or will Sheamus live up to his words and show that he’s an Authority man? Don’t forget “The Lunatic Fringe”, who has been close to winning the big one several times. Could this be his victory night? Let’s find out! Fatal 4-Way Match for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship! Next!

                                Seth Rollins      Bray Wyatt
                                                                         VS
                                Dean Ambrose      Sheamus

-         After all entrances, the 4 men look at each other but quickly turn their attentions to probably the most dangerous one in the ring; Bray Wyatt. “The Eater of Worlds” smiles and laughs, telling them to come and meet their end. Sheamus, Rollins and Ambrose attack Bray Wyatt early one, trying to take him out of the equation. After Wyatt is thrown to the outside, Sheamus tells Rollins to team up and beat Ambrose first, which Rollins apparently agrees. To the surprise of the audience, Rollins actually starts assaulting Sheamus and throwing him against the corner, followed by a big dropkick, sending “The Great White” outside as well. This brought a big cheer from the crowd, the first one for Rollins in a very long time. With only Ambrose and Rollins in the ring, the former friends have a very interesting show of respect before going at each other with full force. Both men have battled several times and the result has always been incredible. Ambrose tries to hit the Dirty Deeds early on but Rollins counters into a neckbreaker, while on the outside Sheamus hits a brutal Running double axe handle to Bray Wyatt, opening his forehead pretty badly. Meanwhile, Sheamus re-enters the ring and goes for Rollins, hitting him with hard punches followed by a powerslam. He tries the cover but Ambrose is there to break it up and the heated enemies go at it! Ambrose and Sheamus trade blows until “The Celtic Warrior” goes for the Brogue Kick, which missed leading to Ambrose nailing the Dirty Deeds! As Ambrose goes for the cover, Bray Wyatt pulls Sheamus out of the ring and hits him with a vicious Standing side slam, providing some payback for his awful cut in the head. A bloodied Wyatt enters the ring and stares at Ambrose. Hard to tell who’s more lunatic here. They exchange holds until Wyatt gets the upper hand and sends Ambrose to the outside. He quickly follows Ambrose and hits a strong clothesline. The always terrifying Wyatt then takes the steel steps and starts laughing, as he tries to powerbomb Ambrose into them. At that moment, Rollins does an incredible Suicide jump over the top rope, hitting Bray. Rollins and Ambrose look at each other and do a bro-fist, which made the crowd pop big time!

-     The former Shield stablemates pick Bray Wyatt up and slam him against the steal steps!! The alliance is short-lived as they go at each other once again, with Rollins trying a Pedigree but gets reversed into a back body drop, followed by a nasty Canadian Backbreaker!

-    A stumbling Ambrose enters the ring but gets caught by surprise by Sheamus who hits a brutal Brogue Kick and follows with the White Noise! Sheamus is gonna win this!

-     As he goes for the cover, “The New Face of Fear” Bray Wyatt enters the ring and gets Sheamus on Sister Abigail! It fully connects and an extremely bloodied Wyatt laughs as he goes to cover the fallen Sheamus.

-     It looked like the end was here but “The Architect” Rollins created another amazing piece of art as he gets the distracted Wyatt with a Diving High Knee right into his face! Rollins takes advantage and covers Sheamus for the 3 count! Seth Rollins retains in a very fast paced match and perhaps has finally proved to The Authority that he is, indeed, a more than capable champion!

Winner and Still WWE World Heavyweight Champion: Seth Rollins
