TNA IMPACT Episode 1

- Welcome everyone to the return of TNA Impact to Spike TV! We’re gonna start this evening with the TNA World Heavyweight Champion Ethan Carter III and his newly reformed Main Even Mafia! EC3 picks the microphone and starts by saying that Spike TV saw what a real champion looks like and obviously, they went right back for TNA. It’s only natural. Just as natural as him being the best thing this company has ever seen. Sure as hell a lot better than Sting, who slowly but surely has started to fall into oblivion. Once a proud and respected man, a strong presence on the wrestling business, a pioneer, a legend and more importantly, a leader. Now, he’s just a regular man, an old figure that tries to stay relevant, going as far as having his own friends turning his back on him, as you can clearly see in this ring. EC3 then goes on to call Sting a disease that needs to be taken care of and calls himself the new “Icon” of wrestling.

- It’s…. it’s Jeff Jarrett! The former owner of TNA is here and he quickly apologizes to EC3 for interrupting such a heartbreaking speech but he has some important news of his own to deliver. “The King of The Mountain” says that he is very happy to inform that he has regained his share of TNA once more and has now power over this company, which means, things are about to change! He says he knows this is shocking considering how everything went down but that’s part of the past and he is looking at the future. That’s why he took the liberty of creating a business agreement with New Japan Pro Wrestling, which will see some of their talent compete right here, on TNA Impact! The crowd goes berserk, cheering for the decision. Jarrett then goes on to say that we will finally see legendary people like Jushin Liger on TNA! And people like his good friends…….. The Bullet Club!

 - The Bullet Club is here! The crowd chant for AJ Styles, one of TNA originals and current IWGP World Champion! Jarrett says that EC3 and his buddies don’t have anything to worry about since they have other matters to attend first but just a piece of advice…. Watch your back! The crowd cheers as EC3 and his MEM look upset about these sudden news! Coming up next, The Wolves will face the Dirty Heels in tag team action! Stay tuned!

Match 1 –   VS 

-         The match starts with Davey Richards and Bobby Roode as the legal men. They exchange holds, with Davey trying an early pin, which Roode kicks out immediately. Davey then goes for some strong and fast kicks but Roode catches him and hits a strong Rolling neck snap neckbreaker! Roode begins to work on Davey arms, locking some armbars and hitting some knee slams. “The It Factor” then tags in Aries, who keeps stomping on Davey Richards arm, hitting an armbreaker. He then locks in another armbar, while Eddie Edwards pushes for the crowd to support his tag team partner. Davey finally rolls out of the armbar but gets taken out again with a vicious Discus elbow smash! Aries tags in Roode who once again goes for a knee drop on his arm… MISSED! Davey moves and hits a Snap DDT on Roode!! He tries to crawl over to his corner and tag in Eddie but Roode is faster and grabs his legs! Roode goes on to tag in Aries but Davey with a front dropkick!! He tags in Eddie!! Eddie Edwards goes on to kick Aries out of the apron and hit Roode with a great Backpack stunner! Cover! 1-2-…………..KICK OUT! Eddie then goes for the top rope and waits for Roode to get to his feet… Double foot stomp on Roode’s back!!! Cover! 1-2-……………………. Aries breaks the count! Davey Richards goes for Aries and tries a STO… WAIT! Roode with a Spear!! He tags in Aries and they double team Eddie Edwards! They go for the Double R Spinebuster! NO! Eddie with the Falcon Arrow on Roode! Super Kick on Aries!! This is it, this is Eddie’s opportunity! Achilles lock!! Edwards has the Achilles lock on Aries!! 

-     Wait a second! That’s Steiner on the ramp! Steiner takes Davey Richards out with a strong clothesline and the referee didn’t see it! Steiner is now on the apron as the referee orders him to leave…. 

-     WATCH OUT! Scissors Kick on Edwards!! It’s Booker T and once again the referee wasn’t looking! Aries with the cover on Eddie! 1-2-3!!! It’s done! The TNA Tag Team Champions just costed The Wolves a win here!

- Booker T and Steiner laugh at The Wolves from the stage, showing that the Main Event Mafia is here to run the show, continuing their dominance over TNA.

- We return to TNA Impact broadcast and Mike Tenay and Josh Matthews have some news! They have been informed that tonight we’ll see Alex Shelley face no other than….. The IWGP World Champion and Bullet Club leader, “The Phenomenal One” AJ Styles! It’s his return match on TNA and that match is NEXT!

Match 2 –   VS 

-         AJ Styles comes to the ring accompanied by his fellow Bullet Club member, Jeff Jarrett. The match starts with AJ Styles hitting a surprise Spin Kick on Shelley, leaving the former Motor Machine Gun member groggy! AJ goes on and hits a strong Discus clothesline, followed by a rope moonsault! Jarrett applauds as AJ is in full control. AJ Styles then starts working on Shelley’s leg, hitting some nasty knee slams and stomping it. AJ picks Shelley up and goes for a Fireman's carry neckbreaker! Countered! Shelley counters with a Facebuster! Shelley finally manages to shrug off “The Phenomenal One” offense! Shelley goes for some strong flying elbow smashes, sending AJ to the ground over and over. Shelley with the Springboard tornado DDT! NO!! AJ got him! Brainbuster!! What a counter by AJ Styles!! AJ goes for the Superman Springboard 450° splash!! Shelley moves! Super Kick!! Shelley got it! 1-2-…………KICK OUT! Shelley doesn’t waste any time and goes for the Sliced Bread! WAIT! REVERSED! Inverted Bloody Sunday!! AJ quickly picks Shelley up! 

-     Styles Clash!! 1-2-3!! That’s it; the IWGP World Champion wins in his return match to TNA!

- As soon as the match ends, The Young Bucks appear out of nowhere and start a vicious beatdown on Alex Shelley. Double Super Kick!! The Bullet Club celebrate as they’ve made their presence felt on TNA!

- We return to ringside and there’s more news! A Main Event has been booked for tonight and it will see Mr. Anderson face the TNA World Heavyweight Champion Ethan Carter III! But there’s more! In this match, every member of Main Event Mafia is banned from ringside and if anyone shows up, EC3 will lose his title on the spot! What will EC3 do without the support of his entourage? Stay tuned and find out! Coming up, the debut of John Morrison as he battles one-half of TNA Tag Team Champions, Booker T!

Match 3 –   VS 

-         The match starts with Booker T gaining early control, hitting some strong chops and locking in an Abdominal Stretch, while his tag team partner Scott Steiner looks from ringside. Booker trash talks to Morrison while applying more pressure and eventually turning it into a Sidewalk slam. Booker takes his time, as he taunts the crowd who greets him with boos. Booker then goes for a Spinning wheel Kick but Morrison ducks!! Dropkick! Morrison with an outstanding dropkick, sending Booker against the corner. Morrison rushes and this time hits a corner Enziguri! Booker is in trouble! Cover! 1-2-……KICK OUT! Booker tries to get up but Morrison quickly goes for a Running knee strike! Missed! Morrison’s leg is stuck on the rope! Harlem Sidekick by Booker!! Morrison might be out! Booker T drags Morrison and sets him up for the Book End! Wait! Morrison blocks! Armbreaker!! Morrison with the armbreaker! LOOK OUT! Springboard Roundhouse Kick!! That’s it! 1-2-…………. Steiner is on the apron distracting the referee for the second time this evening! Morrison with a springboard dropkick on Steiner! LOOK OUT! Book End! Connects!! 1-2-……………………………………..KICK OUT!! Booker can’t believe it; he thought he had this one in the bag! Booker is furious and sets up the Scissors Kick! MISSED! Morrison with a STO backbreaker!! Russian Leg Sweep! Morrison is fired up and goes for a Standing shooting star press!! Incredible! 1-2-………………………………….. KICK OUT!! Morrison goes for the ropes and tries a Jumping DDT! NO! Spinebuster!! Booker with the Spinebuster!! He sets up the Scissor’s Kick once more! Hold on…. 

-     It’s The Wolves!! Davey and Eddie are here and they go right after Steiner on the outside! Super Kick on Steiner!! Booker looks on and shouts at the referee to do something! 

-     WATCH OUT! Morrison with the Springboard Roundhouse Kick!! Booker is down!! Starship Pain!! Connects! 1-2-3!!! John Morrison did it! He just beat one-half of the tag team champions in his debut!!

- Steiner checks on Booker, while The Wolves celebrate with fans after dishing out some cold revenge to the TNA Tag Team Champions and putting a warning that they are coming to regain the titles!

- We see a video package promoting the upcoming Bellator fight from current TNA King of The Mountain Bobby Lashley!

                                                         

- We return and backstage we see EC3 with Main Event Mafia. EC3 starts ripping Steiner and Booker for being outplayed by some low-life scum like The Wolves and that they can’t allow that kind of things to ever happen again. He says MEM is a dominant force and they are the true rulers of TNA and it doesn’t matter if Jarrett and The Bullet Club are here or if Sting shows up, this is still THEIR world and he’s making sure it stays that way. Kevin Nash and Scott Hall say they have full confidence on EC3’s leadership skills and they know he can deal with Mr. Anderson easily. They all embrace and do the MEM hand gesture.

                                                        

- We then see Christy Hemme interviewing Mr. Anderson. He quickly cuts her off and says that he knows what everyone’s thinking. When will Sting show up? Honestly, he has no idea and he isn’t worried about that because right now, he has the opportunity to get his hand on that dirty, disgusting excuse of a man that is EC3. You could even say he’s almost a bigger asshole than him! Almost! Anderson then says tonight he’s going to kick the living hell out of EC3’s ass and it’s going to be marvellous. Coming up, our Main Event as Mr. Anderson faces TNA World Heavyweight Champion Ethan Carter III!

Main Event –   VS 

-        As promised, EC3 comes down to the ring all alone, which brings a big smile out of Mr. Anderson. The match starts with both men locking up. EC3 manages to get the upper hand and kicks Anderson right in the gut, followed by a hard slap and a neckbreaker. EC3 then goes on and locks a chin lock while grabbing Anderson’s nose. He releases the hold and goes for a Russian Legsweep, keeping the control of the match. He then goes for a leglock but Anderson pushes him and goes for a clothesline! Misses! EC3 with a Flapjack! Cover! 1-2-… Kick out! EC3 goes once again for a chin lock, keeping Anderson grounded. Anderson finally manages to roll and hits an Arm trap swinging neckbreaker! Anderson then quickly goes for a Big Boot but again EC3 moves and hits a Belly-to-Back suplex! It seems every time Mr. Anderson gets some momentum, the TNA World Champion cuts it right off. Carter goes on and picks Anderson up slapping him over and over…. WAIT! Anderson with a strong slap of his own! Now some strong punches! Anderson had enough and is going all out! Anderson then irish whips EC3 against the ropes…. OH MY! Anderson picks EC3 up!! Look out!  Turnbuckle powerbomb!!! Anderson is climbing the top rope! Is it time? Yes it! Senton Bomb!! NO! EC3 puts his knees up, hitting Anderson’s back!! Anderson is on the opposite corner, trying to get to his feet.... EC3 Splash!! A clear mockery of The Stinger Splash! Front Facelock STO!! Cover! 1-2-………………………… KICK OUT! So close! EC3 grabs Anderson and goes for the One Percenter!! Hold on! Blocked!! REVERSED!! 

-     Mic Check!!!! Anderson got it!! 1-2-……………………………KICK OUT!! What resiliency shown by the champion here! Anderson picks EC3 and sends him against the corner. He sets EC3 up and goes to the top rope…. Oh boy! Mr. Anderson is going for the Green Bay Plunge!! EC3 grabs the ropes to dear life, while Anderson keeps pushing! This is a dangerous situation! OH! EC3 with a strong head-butt, sending Anderson out of the top rope! Diving Crossbody by EC3!! MIC CHECK!!!

-     NO! Low blow by EC3!! The referee calls for the bell as EC3 went for a desperate low blow!

                                         Winner by Disqualification: Mr. Anderson 

 

- Carter starts laughing and shouts to the crowd that he’s smarter than all of them combined. He then goes for a hurt Anderson and picks him up for the One Percenter. What the....?

- It’s Sting!! Sting is here!! EC3 is shocked and doesn’t know where to lock out for! 

- CHAIR SHOT! Sting out of nowhere with a chair shot! Sting then goes on and hits several Stinger Splashes! EC3 has no idea where he is right now. Sting then grabs EC3 and hits the Scorpion Death Drop into the chair! 

- “The Icon” picks up the TNA World Heavyweight Championship and raises it above his head, in a clear sign that he isn’t going anywhere and that tonight, he proved the he knows the Main Event Mafia better than anyone else! Thank you for watching and until next week!
