- Welcome to Monday Night RAW! As we get closer
to Payback, things are bound to heat up and it appears that will indeed happen
tonight as we see a very focused John Cena coming down to the ring with the
usual mixed reactions. John Cena picks the microphone and starts by saying that
he gets it. He understands why Batista is so bitter and angry at him. It’s
nothing new to him anyway. But he just wants to let Dave know something very
important; he got into this position because he fought for it, every single day
with every fibber of his body and not by crying and complaining and demanding.
Never did and never will. Cena goes on to say that he’s actually pretty happy
for Batista’s current success on Hollywood and wishes nothing but the best for
him in that aspect of his life but here, in WWE, it’s a whole different story.
“The Cenation Leader” says Batista is on a crusade against not only him but
against the WWE and what it stands for and that’s something he can’t accept.
If Batista wants to truly be the face of the WWE then he must prove it! He must
carry the weight every single week without exception! So, he will get that
opportunity. John Cena then official challenges Batista for a match at Payback,
saying that there’s no better way to solve this than inside this very ring and
show the world who deserves to be “the man”. Until then, John Cena is still the
man to beat so if he really wants some, he can definitely come get some.
Cena’s theme song plays and the challenge have
been made! Will Batista accept it? Is he here? When will he give Cena an answer?
All of these questions will have some answers soon enough! Coming up next, The
New Day faces the team of Cesaro & Tyson Kidd!
Match 1 – VS
- This
time, it will be Big E and Xavier Woods who participate in the match, as Kofi
Kingston shows his support outside. Woods and Kidd lock in, with Woods quickly
moving away, complaining to the referee about something. They lock in once more
and again Woods releases the hold and starts shouting and complaining. Oh!
Dropkick by Kidd! Woods’s big mouth has put him in trouble. Kidd picks up Woods
and hits great snap suplex, followed by a head lock. Woods is quick in
reacting and put his feet on the ropes, making the referee break the hold. Kidd
waits for Woods, who takes his time in recovering. Tyson has enough of this and
goes for Woods! Rake in the eyes! Woods with a rake in Kidd’s eyes!
Neckbreaker! Cover! 1-2-…..kick out! Woods maintains control and locks in a
chin lock, while Big E dances on the apron. Cesaro keeps pushing for his
partner but Woods keeps applying pressure to the hold. Woods then hits a strong
knee strike to Tyson’s face and tags in Big E. Big E bulldozes Kidd with an
amazing powerslam and a Running Splash! Misses! Tyson Kidd manages to move
aside and attempts to crawl to his corner and tag Cesaro! Kofi warns Big E, who
manages to be quick enough, elbowing Cesaro off the apron and picks Kidd up for
a an Abdominal Stretch! Kofi Kingston starts chanting “NEW DAY ROCKS”, as Big E
is in full control and applies more pressure. WAIT! Kidd somehow reverses into
a Tornado DDT! Amazing reversal! Cesaro is already in the apron again and
screams for Kidd to keep going. Tyson almost get it but Big E grabs him once
again! Enziguri! NO! Big E ducks! Belly to Belly! WOW! Tyson lands on his feet!
Spinning Heel Kick!! Big E is down and Kidd finally tags in Cesaro! “The Swiss
Superman” is fired up and hits Big E with a storm of European Uppercuts!! He
then sends Big E to the corner and hits a running European Uppercut! And
another! Another! Cesaro then picks Big E and hits an outstanding Side Death
Valley Driver! What insane strength! Cesaro then goes for the Cesaro Swing but
Big E shoves him and goes for the E-Train! Misses! Springboard European
Uppercut! Cesaro doesn’t stop! Cesaro then tries to lock in The Sharpshooter
but Kofi goes on the apron, distracting him. Cesaro tries to punch him but Kofi
manages to escape. LOOK OUT! E-Train!! Big E hits the E-Train and quickly tags
Woods in. Woods and Big E go for a double suplex! BLOCKED! Cesaro is blocking
with all his power, which is insane! WAIT! Kidd with a diving thrust kick,
right into Big E’s face! Cesaro with a German Suplex on Woods!
- Cesaro Swing!!
Tag made on Kidd! Swinging fisherman suplex on Woods! This might be it! Kofi
again! He distracts the referee again! Big E enters the ring and hits Kidd with
a big boot! HOLD ON! Cesaro with an increbile European Uppercut, sending both
mean to the outside! Crazy action happening here! Kidd waits for Woods to get
up…..
- OHH! Trouble in Paradise from the apron!! Kofi just took advantage of the
quick distraction and hits a tremendous kick just like last week! Kidd is out
cold here! Woods crawls over Tyson! 1-2-3!!! The New Day wins and their numbers
once again proved to be a deciding factor!
Winners: The New Day
- The New Day celebrates, while doing their
unicorn signs towards Cesaro and Tyson Kidd. Once more, it was a third member
of The New Day who made the difference, earning a very important win tonight.
- We return and we see Triple H backstage,
talking on the phone with a very upset look on his face. Suddenly, Seth Rollins
crashes in, shouting that he has been trying to contact Triple H all week long
with no success. He goes on to say that Bray Wyatt stole his WWE World
Heavyweight Championship and he wants it back now. He urges Triple H to do
something about it! “The King of Kings” tell Rollins to shut up, leaving the
champion confused. Triple H goes on to say that he already has enough problems
in his plate, from having Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman texting him every single
day about the mystery man who attacked Lesnar at Extreme Rules, to Kane being
nowhere to be found and both Chris Jericho and Big Show not picking up their
phones. Now, Rollins lets his own championship be stolen from him. Triple H
then goes on to remind Rollins that last week he heard his speech and if he
recalls correctly, he told everyone how he didn’t need The Authority anymore,
that he could do it all alone. Well, if that’s so, then he better find the WWE
World Heavyweight Championship on his own, otherwise he’s going to take some extreme
measures. Very serious measures that he won’t enjoy. Triple H then leaves the
room, leaving Rollins with a preoccupied look on his face.
- We return to ringside and Michael Cole has some
news. He informs us that the third and perhaps final match of the Best of 5
Series between Randy Orton and Daniel Bryan will take place at Payback! Randy
Orton is currently leading by 2-0 and he’s that close to emerge victorious and
earn a WWE World Heavyweight Championship shot in the future! Daniel Bryan is
in a serious position and will have to turn the tables somehow. Speaking of
which, “The Yes Man” will be in action against New Day member, Kofi Kingston
and that match is NEXT!
Match 2 – VS
- After
helping his teammates getting a very important win earlier, now it’s Kofi’s
time to step in the ring, while Big E and Xavier Woods look from ringside. The
match start with some very quickly exchanges, with Bryan showing his superior
technical skill. Kofi and Bryan then lock in near the corner, with the referee
separating both men but not before Kofi hits a sneaky elbow to the face, leaving
Daniel Bryan groggy. Kofi with some flying clotheslines, followed by a
neckbreaker! Cover! 1-2-……..kick out! Kofi starts stomping Bryan’s hands and
legs, trying to keep “The Yes Man” on the ground. Kofi then starts dancing and
goes for his Boom Drop! Misses! Bryan moved and now hits a fantastic Snap
underhook Suplex! Bryan then hits some powerful kicks to Kofi’s back, followed
by a bodyscissors hold, hitting several elbows to the face. Bryan is clearly
not playing around here, showing some ruthless aggression. Hold on! Kofi with a
roll-up! Cover! NO! Bryan with another reversal! 1-2…..! Kofi reverses the
cover again! 1-2…! Bryan with another reversal! Triangle Choke!! Daniel Bryan
has the submission move locked in!! Kofi is in big trouble, while Big E and
Woods look desperate! Kofi somehow manages to hit a Northern Lights Suplex!
Shoulders down! 1-2…………………… KICK OUT! Front Dropkick by Kofi! Bryan is down and
the Jamaican superstar tries to regain his breath after that sequence of
near-falls. Kofi slowly picks Bryan up and goes for another Front Dropkick…..
WAIT! Misses! Bryan with a fury of kicks right into Kofi’s chest! More kicks!
Roundhouse Kick! Kofi ducked! SOS!! OH MY! Bryan counters into the Caddle
Mutilation!! He has the move locked in! Big E and Woods go on the apron, a
classic of The New Day! Bryan releases the hold and hits a Suicide Dive on both
Big E and Woods on the outside! The crowd goes on “Yes” chant frenzy, while
Bryan enters the ring again!
- TROUBLE IN PARADISE!! Connected! Kofi got it!
1-2-…………………………………………………KICK OUT! So my God, so close! Kofi can’t believe it and
complains to the referee to count faster. Kofi sets up Trouble in Paradise
again……
- Bryan ducks!! Running single leg high knee!! Right to the chin!! Cover!
1-2-3!! Daniel Bryan with a much needed victory tonight!
Winner: Daniel Bryan
- Right after the match ends, Randy Orton
suddenly appears on the titantron, calling for Bryan. Orton then shows images
of himself inside Bryan’s own house, with a tied up Brie Bella inside! The
crowd is shocked, as Orton tells Bryan he has no idea what he’s capable of but
fear not, as he will show it real soon, starting with his beloved wife. Bryan
is furious and quickly runs to the back, most likely trying to get home as soon
as possible. How disgusting can Randy Orton be?
- We return and backstage we see once again
Triple H on the phone, clearly irritated. Dean Ambrose appears, telling Triple
H that it must be a pain to deal with someone like Rollins every day, even more
when he can’t even take care of his own belongings. Losing the WWE World
Heavyweight Championship isn’t for everyone, so even in that Rollins can be
“special”. Triple H is even more annoyed and asks what the hell Ambrose wants.
“The Lunatic Fringe” tells Hunter to calm down because he’s here to land a
little help to the disaster that is The Authority and his pretty boy, Rollins.
Ambrose says he will help bring the WWE World Heavyweight Championship
back……….. If Triple H agrees in letting him have a title shot against Rollins
at Payback. The COO looks furious but tells Ambrose to find it and bring it to
him and he MIGHT think about it. He tells Ambrose to get the hell out, as
Ambrose smiles.
- We return to RAW broadcast and we see Mark
Henry in the ring, waiting for his opponent. To the audience’s surprise,
Santino Marella appears! Santino is on a suit and apparently lost most of his
accent. Santino starts by saying that it’s been a while since he stepped foot
on Monday Night RAW. He tells people that he was placed on NXT as a
coach/wrestler but it did nothing for him. Actually, it made him sick. Santino
then says he might not have been the most successful superstar in WWE but he
knows how everything works and he knows how to help someone reach success. He
learned that through the years and that’s why he embraced a new role. The role
of a manager. A real tutor, that helps others reach the brass rings and become
everything they can be. Santino then tells everyone that from now one he should
be addressed as “Mr. Marella” and he demands respect for him and for his first
client. That’s right. Ladies and Gentlemen please stand up for……..
- Alberto Del Rio!!! Alberto Del Rio has returned
to WWE! The crowd cheers as they look surprised by this new alliance and it seems
it’s going to be Del Rio vs Mark Henry!
Match 3 – VS
- The
match starts with Del Rio scouting Henry and hitting some quick kicks to “The
World’s Strongest Man” legs. Henry tries a clothesline but Del Rio is quicker
and goes right back to kicking his legs over and over. Del Rio then goes for a
high knee to the face and another kick to the legs. Mark Henry begins to show
signs of leg issues already, while Del Rio continues his assault. Mr. Marella
tells Del Rio to keep it up. "The Essence of Excellence" goes for
some more kicks and then goes for an armbreaker. Hold on! Henry has Del Rio in
the air! Pure power right here! Henry tries to send Del Rio to the outside but
Del Rio pushes Henry’s arm right into the ring ropes! Smart move by Del Rio! He
enters the ring and hits a chop block, making Henry going down on one knee!
Alberto Del Rio climbs the top rope and goes for a Diving Double Axe Handle!
Connects! Henry is still on one knee, as Del Rio sets up his Low Super Kick.
Here comes! NO! Henry grabs Del Rio’s foot and shoves him against the corner
with brute force! Mark Henry finally manages to get up and goes for a corner
splash! MISSES! Del Rio moved! The Mexican unleashes some strong punches but
again Henry shoves Del Rio almost to the other side of the ring! LOOK OUT! OH
MY! Del Rio with a vicious Step-Up Corner Enzuigiri! Henry is groggy but still
up!
- ANOTHER ONE! Mark Henry comes crashing down on the mat! Cover! 1-2-3!!
Alberto Del Rio with a dominant display in his return to WWE!
Winner: Alberto Del Rio
- Mr. Marella enters the ring and raises Del
Rio’s arm in victory. He then simply looks up to Del Rio and both nod in
approval as Del Rio locks in the Cross Armbreaker on Mark Henry! He keeps
applying pressure as the referees try to stop Del Rio. The Mexican finally
releases the hold, as the crowd already boos him out of the building. Ladies
and Gentlemen, Alberto Del Rio is back and more dangerous than ever!
- We return to the broadcast as we seen Triple H
talking to some staff about Kane’s whereabouts. Suddenly, Sheamus appears and
goes on to say that he shouldn’t trust Ambrose. He tells him how crazy he is
and that most likely he’s just trying to piss everyone off. Sheamus then goes
on about how everyone seems to be failing The Authority, especially Seth
Rollins and that he’s at his disposal for anything he needs. Triple H says he
knows that and he might actually be into something. “The Game” tells Sheamus
that if he happens to bring back the WWE World Heavyweight Championship to him,
he will reward him accordingly. Sheamus tells him not to worry; he will do
everything he can to bring it back and if Ambrose happens to appear before him,
he will also make sure his head isn’t over his shoulders anymore. Sheamus
leaves, as Triple H still doesn’t look convinced.
- Back at ringside, Michael Cole explains how
there’s still no news on Darren Young ever since he shockingly disappeared
during the WWE Tag Team Championship Match at Extreme Rules. The Wyatt Family
are most likely behind the situation but there’s still no way to know for sure
or what really happened to Young. Later tonight, Titus O’Neil will address the
situation and where does this leave The Prime Time Players and their rematch
clause. Coming up next, One-half of the WWE Tag Team Champions Luke Harper faces
Bad News Barrett!
Match 4 – VS
- "The
New Face of Desolation" comes down to the ring accompanied by Bo Wyatt, as
he seems eager to get some retribution after last week’s Bull Hammer by Bad
News Barrett. The match starts with both men going on a fury of punches! Harper
manages to hit a very strong slap to the face, followed by a Big Boot, sending
BNB down. Harper then starts punching the back of Barrett’s head repeatedly,
showing all of his viciousness. Harper then locks in a Boston Crab, while
Barrett screams in pain! Barrett does everything he can to reach the ropes but
Harper pulls him back in the middle of the ring! Wait! Barrett manages to shove
Harper against the corner! Barrett with some closed punches, followed by an
irish whip. Back Body Drop! Barrett then picks Harper up and goes for a
Backbreaker but Harper blocks! Elbow to the face! Sitout powerbomb!!! What a
move! Cover! 1-2-……………………………KICK OUT! Harper has that empty look on his face,
as he sets up the Discus Clothesline….. NO! Barrett with the Winds of Change!!
Cover! 1-2-…………….. KICK OUT! Barrett goes for the ropes and tries a Big Boot…..
COUNTER! Super Kick!! NO! Barrett also counters into a Neckbreaker! Barrett
quickly picks Harper up and goes for The Wasteland! BLOCKED! Harper fights it
off and hits an incredible German Suplex! Watch out! Body avalanche on the
corner!! What an impact! Harper goes for the cover! 1-2-…………………………………………………KICK
OUT! Harper again sets up the Discus Clothesline! WATCH OUT! REVERSED! DDT!
Great timing by Barrett here! He goes on the second rope…. Elbow Drop! Misses!!
Harper with a Piledriver!!!! Oh my God! Cover! 1-2-………………………………………………KICK OUT!!
Barrett might be injured, that was a sick impact on his neck! Harper has no
mercy and again goes for the Piledriver! He clearly wants to end Barrett’s
career here! HOLD ON! Barrett with the
counter! Wasteland!! Connects! But Barrett is too hurt to try the pin here.
Both Harper and Barrett use the ropes to get up and quickly attack each other!
More fierce punches!! This is a fight! Barrett gains the upper hand and hits
some sick punches, followed by a Big Boot! Now it’s BNB’s time to set up the
Bull Hammer! Incoming!! SUPER KICK!! Harper with a Super Kick out of nowhere!
Cover! 1-2-………………………………………KICK OUT! Amazing! Barrett is having an incredible
display here! Harper laughs, as he can’t believe Barrett kick out again. Once
again, Harper stalks Barrett, waiting for him to get up…. Discus Clothesline!!
- NO! BULL HAMMER!! Right in the chin!! Incredible!! Barrett has this won! Wait a
second, it’s Bo Wyatt! He attacks Barrett, leading to the Disqualification!
Winner by DQ: Bad News Barrett
- Bo Wyatt keeps attacking Barrett, calling for
Harper to help. Both begin stomping on the British superstar, with Harper
holding him up while Bo Wyatt slaps him multiple times. Hold on a minute! It’s
Neville!! Neville comes down rushing to the ring to the aid of Barrett! Neville
hits a Handspring backflip into a tornado DDT on Luke Harper, followed by
several kicks on Bo Wyatt and a Leg Lariat! Neville goes to the top rope and
signals the Red Arrow. Wait, it’s Erick Rowan! "The White Sheep" hits
a tremendous Spin Kick on Neville, sending the British superstar crashing down
from the top rope.
- Harper then goes for the Discus Clothesline, who almost
decapitates Neville while Bo Wyatt and Rowan work on Barrett outside! The WWE
Tag Team Champions then pick up and bring the fallen Barrett and hit a Double
Chokeslam, planting him on the mat. The Wyatt Family once again prevails, as
they pose over the body of Barrett.
- We return to another backstage camera, where we
see Ambrose knocking on Triple H’s office door. "The Game” opens and
Ambrose goes on to say that he did it. He retrieved the WWE World Heavyweight
Championship and it was as easy as to steal…..well, anything from Rollins
really. Triple H orders him to give the title to him immediately but Ambrose
asks if he isn’t forgetting something. He wants his WWE World Heavyweight
Championship Match at Payback, otherwise there’s no championship for him.
Triple H becomes furious and tells him to either give it or he’s fired. Ambrose
says he will take that as a “yes” so he gives the title to Triple H and walks
off. Triple H looks at the championship and quickly realizes it’s a copy, sold
on Toys R Us! Sheamus walks in and tells Hunter that he warned him, Ambrose is
just playing with them. “The King of Kings” shouts at Sheamus, telling him he
didn’t bring anything either so he should just keep his mouth shut! The COO
then says enough is enough and tells Sheamus that tonight he will team up with
Seth Rollins against Dean Ambrose…….. In a Handicap Match! Sheamus leaves, as
Triple H is fuming.
- Back at the announcers table, Michael Cole
tells us that another match has been made official for Payback! Kevin Owens
will be defending his United States Championship against “The PowerHouse”,
Roman Reigns! Speaking of which, Reigns will be in action next, when he faces
“The A-Lister”, The Miz!
Match 5 – VS
- The
Miz comes down to the ring by himself, since his teammate R-Truth is still
recovering from last week’s brutal attack by Brock Lesnar. The match starts
with Reigns easily overpowering Miz and pushing against the corner. He then
goes for some hard punches and finishes off with a toss, sending Miz flying
around the ring. The Miz looks shocked, as Reigns seems focused. Wait what’s
this?
- It’s…. It’s Kevin Owens! The United States Champion is coming to ringside
and apparently has joined the announcers table, as Reigns looks on. CAREFUL!!
The Miz hits a strong clothesline and an Inverted facelock backbreaker followed
by a neckbreaker slam! Cover! 1-2-…..kick out! It seems Owens presence affected
Reigns concentration. The Miz continues his assault and goes for a suplex but
Reigns blocks! Reigns tries a suplex of his own but Miz reverses into a
sunset-flip pin! 1-2-………………..KICK OUT! Reigns with a clothesline but Miz ducks
and hits a Big Boot, sending Reigns to the mat again. “The Awesome One” takes
his time to taunt the crowd as Reigns tries to get up. Miz grabs Reigns by the
hair and goes for a DDT… Reversed! Reigns with an Overhead pumphandle suplex!
“The Big Dog” begins to fire up and waits for Miz to get up…. Flying
Clothesline! NO! Miz counters into a Side Effect! Great counter here! Reigns is
on his knees, trying to get up as Miz goes for a Snap DDT again! OH MY! Roman
Reigns is pure power! He just picked Miz up in the air! Sitout Powerbomb!!
Cover! 1-2-………………………….KICK OUT! Reigns sets up the Superman Punch, while The
Miz tries to regain his senses. Superman Punch incoming! MISSES! Miz moves and
shoves Reigns against the ringpost! The Awesome Clothesline on the corner! OH
NO! Roman moves at the right second, sending Miz crashing on the turnbuckle!
Superman Punch!! Connects! It’s time for the Spear! Roman is set and ready to
go! Wait a minute! What is Owens doing on the apron?!
- OHH Superman Punch on
Owens!! WATCH OUT! Skull Crushing Finale!! The Miz got all of it! Cover!
1-2-………………………………………KICK OUT!! Ohhhhh that was so damn close and Miz simply
can’t believe it! Frustration starts to accumulate on Miz as he waits for
Reigns to get up……. Miz goes for a second Skull Crushing Finale! BLOCKED!
Reigns blocks it and hits several elbows to the face, making Miz release the
hold! Superman Punch!! The Miz bounces on the ropes…. SPEAR!! Reigns with a
tremendous Spear, almost splitting Miz in two!
- What?! It’s Owens again! Owens
enters the ring and attacks Reigns, leading to the disqualification!
Winner by DQ: Roman Reigns
- Owens keeps stomping on Reigns, shouting “you
don’t disrespect the champ!” Owens then picks Reigns up and shoves him against the
ropes, as he goes for the Pop-Up Powerbomb!
- Reigns somehow counters into a
Superman Punch and goes for the Spear but the United States Champion is quick
in reacting and rolls to the outside. Reigns dares Owens to enter the ring
agin, as the “The Prizefighter" tries to recuperate. His sneak attack
clearly didn’t go as planned with Roman Reigns apparently having the champion’s
number.
- We return to RAW and we go to Renee Young,
who’s backstage with Titus O’Neil. Titus says these last two weeks have been
pretty hard for him, as he still doesn’t know where Darren Young is or what
even happened. He talked to a lot of people and tried everything but he simply
can’t find him. Titus goes on to say that they still have a rematch clause to
use but his main concern is to find Darren so he isn’t thinking on the WWE Tag
Team Championships or anything else for that matter. Titus goes on and says
it’s odd tho. Odd how there’s so many supposed “tough guys” in WWE, almost
super-heroes but no one has stepped up and offered any help in finding his tag
team partner. He says not even the almighty John Cena, who seems more
interested in showing everyone else his place on the food chain, as if people
didn’t already know. Yes, Cena is the face of the WWE but what kind of face is
he, when he can’t even help his fellow colleagues? Titus starts to get upset
and simply says the interview is over and that he needs to keep looking for
Young.
- We go back to Michael Cole, who informs us that
Daniel Bryan has already arrived home and found his house destroyed. Reports
say Bryan found his wife Brie Bella still tied up on the living room and
apparently she had a message from Randy Orton to give. It says and quoting:
“Keep your eyes wide open. I’m not done yet”. Disturbing reports no doubt and
one must wonder what is going through Bryan’s mind right now. Coming up next,
the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins teams up with “The Celtic
Warrior” Sheamus as they take on Dean Ambrose in a Handicap Match!
Main Event
VS
- Seth Rollins comes down to the ring clearly
annoyed and without his precious WWE World Heavyweight Championship. The
champion tells Sheamus he wants to start this match and quickly goes for the
usual early hold exchanges with Ambrose. Dean manages to get the upper hand and
hits a hip toss, followed by a low dropkick, while Rollins rolls to the
outside, leaving “The Lunatic Fringe” with a smile in his face. Rollins gets
back to the ring and they once again lock in but this time Rollins is faster
and hits a gut kick and a swinging neckbreaker, putting Ambrose down. Seth
quickly goes for a headlock, applying as much pressure as he can while
screaming for Ambrose to tap out. Ambrose tries everything he can to free
himself but Rollins releases the hold and hits a strong elbow drop to the back
and quickly tags in Sheamus. The Irish superstar begins a fury of stomps on
Ambrose’s back while talking trash and taunting the crowd, who reacts with loud
boos. Sheamus picks Ambrose up and hits a fantastic powerslam! Cover! 1-2-………………..KICK
OUT! Sheamus kicks Ambrose in the head a couple times, in a clear sign of
disrespect and goes for a suplex! BLOCKED! Ambrose blocks it and hits a suplex
of his own! Ambrose gains some life and launches himself on Sheamus with a Lou
Thesz press followed by mounted punches! Ambrose isn’t stopping and continues
punching Sheamus until the referee has to step in. OHH! Sheamus with a vicious Running
double axe handle!! Sheamus tags in Rollins, who goes for the Sling Blade!
Connects! Cover! 1-2-……………………………………….KICK OUT! Ambrose is showing signs of
fatigue, as Rollins go for a Legsweep followed by a Standing moonsault! Rollins
starts stomping Ambrose’s head over and over, clearly showing how frustrated he
is with his championship situation. He slowly picks up Ambrose and talks trash
to his face….. HOLD ON!! DIRTY DEEDS!! NO! Rollins blocks! Reverse STO into the
turnbuckle! Rollins was this close to get an unpleasant surprise! The champion
tags in Sheamus, who traps Ambrose between the ropes…. Beats of the Bodhrán!
Sheamus unleashes brutal Forearm clubs to Dean’s chest, leaving him groggy but
still trapped on the ropes. Sheamus once again taunts the crowd and goes for a Running
knee lift!
- COUNTER! Ambrose with a Rebound Clothesline!! Incredible impact!
Both men are down! Ambrose somehow tries to crawl over but he’s too beat up and
allows Sheamus to roll out of the ring. Dean Ambrose finally gets to his feet
and…..
- OH NO! Suicide Dive!! Ambrose with an insane Suicide Dive on Sheamus and
the referee begins the count. Sheamus gets up first and picks up Ambrose and
tries to throw him against the steel steps! BLOCKED! Snap DDT on the concrete
floor! The referee count is already on 6 as Ambrose rolls to the ring. Sheamus
might be counted out here! Count of 9! But Sheamus manages to get in just in
time! Front Dropkick by Ambrose! “The Lunatic Fringe” is fired up! He goes to
the other corner……. Knee Trembler!!
- NO! Irish Curse Backbreaker!! Sheamus with
a brutal backbreaker! Cover! 1-2-………………………………………………………KICK OUT! That was such a
close call! Rollins is tagged in and waits for Ambrose to get up….. Avada
Kedavra!! MISSES!! Ambrose with the roll-up! 1-2-…………………………………………………………..KICK

comes! MISSES! Sheamus has his foot stuck on the corner! Knee Trembler!! Right
on the back of Sheamus head! He might be out! Cover! 1-2-……………………………………………………………………..KICK
OUT!!! Insane action! Ambrose waits for Sheamus to get up and tries once again
the Dirty Deeds! Reversed! White Noise!! Connects! Both men are simply exhausted!
Rollins begs for a tag and……. What the…..?
- It-It’s Bray Wyatt! And he has the
WWE World Heavyweight Championship with him! Rollins is shocked and begins
shouting to give it back! Bray Wyatt simply says “I can see you…..” and
suddenly disappears! Rollins can’t believe it and leaves to the back furious!
Meanwhile, Sheamus begs for a tag but realizes that Rollins is not there
anymore! He looks confused and……
- WATCH OUT! DIRTY DEEDS!!! Sheamus got
literally planted!! Cover!! 1-2-3!!!!! Oh my God, Ambrose did it! Ambrose
survived!
Winner: Dean Ambrose
- The crowd cheers heavily for “The Lunatic
Fringe”, who survived the odds here, while Sheamus looks shocked and confused
of what just happened. Still, the story is Bray Wyatt apparently playing some
kind of mind games with Seth Rollins, leaving the already disoriented champion
even more frightened about his future, either at the hands of Wyatt and his
family or even The Authority! Nonetheless, Dean Ambrose managed to get a huge
win here tonight and one must wonder if Triple H isn’t almost obligated to
grant Ambrose’s wish of a WWE World Heavyweight Championship match at Payback! More
answers on next week’s edition of Monday Night RAW! Don’t miss it! Thank you
for watching!
