- Welcome everyone to the last TNA Impact before our big PPV, Sacrifice! After the events of last week’s 6-Man Tag Team Elimination Match and the controversial finish that followed, tonight we’re going to have a Mr. Anderson facing no other than “Big Daddy Cool” Kevin Nash! Will Anderson finally get some revenge on The Main Event Mafia? Also, tonight we’ll see the debut of Matt Sydal, who’ll face The Bullet Club’s recent member, PJ Black! This debut comes when the rumours of a potential TNA-NJPW alliance are running wild on social media. Well, wait no more because tonight Jeff Jarrett will address the news! Don’t miss it! Coming up next, the debuting Young Bucks will face the ECW Originals Tazz & Sabu in a Hardcore Tag Team Match!
Match 1

-
As
noted last week, the fans have been pushing the company to display more
Hardcore style on their show and it seems management heard them. The match
starts with a fast pace, with The Young Bucks, clearly mocking D-Generation X
entrance and attires, showing their entire exciting arsenal. Nick Jackson prevents Sabu from tagging in
Tazz several times, hitting some nasty enzuigiri to the ECW Original and
cornering him. The Young Bucks keep their flamboyant act but it has a cost as
Sabu reversed a suplex and sent Matt Jackson to the ground outside. The perfect
opportunity for the "The Suicidal, Homicidal, Genocidal, Death–Defying Man”
to pick up the first weapon of the match, a steel chair and begins unloading
on the cocky duo!
- After hitting a vicious shot to Matt outside, he quickly
re-enters the ring and hits a brutal DDT on the chair on Nick Jackson, with the
Buck barely kicking out. Sabu points to the sky and gets ready for the Arabian
Facebuster but Matt Jackson is smart and pulls the ropes, leading to a Double
Super Kick from The Young Bucks on a dizzy Sabu.
- Unfortunately for them, Sabu
accidentally tags Tazz, who explodes on The Bullet Club members with a kendo
stick, sending Nick flying to the outside. After avoiding another Super Kick
attempt by Matt, "The Human Suplex Machine” hits a vicious Tazmission-Plex
and set-ups the Tazmission but the always resourceful Bucks manage to escape it
when Nick hits a springboard dropkick and finish it off with their famous More
Bang for Your Buck finishing move! The Young Bucks win their debut match!
Winners: The Young Bucks
The Bullet Club members celebrate on the
outside, doing several DX cross chops to the ECW Originals in the ring while
shouting to “Suck it”. Always disrespectful to the very end.

- We go backstage where Main Event Mafia is
gathered on the locker room. Before the TNA World Heavyweight Champion EC3
starts talking, X-Pac appears, bringing a big welcome party to the former n.W.o
member. X-Pac says he’s back and ready to put the band back together once more,
something that EC3 seems pleased about. He says tonight it’s another
opportunity to send a message to the whole locker room on who’s really in
charge here: them! Kevin Nash interrupts and says that EC3 has nothing to worry
about since his intel tells him Sting isn’t here tonight, most likely hiding
and licking his wounds. He tells Carter to take the night off because The Band
has it covered and they will teach that low-life Anderson a lesson he will
never, ever forget. They all pose as the crowd boos.
- We return to the broadcast team where Mike
Tenay gives us breaking news! At TNA Sacrifice, the X-Division Championship
will return! It’s been confirmed that the match to determine the new X-Division
Champion will be a Fatal 4-Way Elimination Match which will include PJ Black,
John Morrison, X-Pac and Matt Sydal! Huge news for the fans! Also, still
tonight there’s going to be an announcement about the TNA World Heavyweight
Championship Match and it’s stipulation for Sacrifice! Stay tuned! Coming up,
Diamond Dallas Page faces "The Prince of Parkour" John Morrison!
Match 2 –
VS
- The
crowd boos DDP like never before, while both competitors lock early on. The
match was all DDP showing his experience and a very nasty new side, aggressively
punching Morrison all over the ring. Morrison valiantly tries to make a
comeback but DDP is quick in stopping him on his tracks with a vicious lariat.
The insane Page threatens the referee before resuming his assault but this time
he encounters a fantastic enzuigiri by Morrison, followed by some strong kicks
to the legs and ending with a devastating neckbreaker.
- John Morrison is fired
up and goes for his well-known Springboard roundhouse kick which Dallas avoids
but gets caught by surprise by a fast DDT followed by Morrison’s Running knee
strike! DDP manages to barely escape the 3 count as Morrison sets up the
Startship Pain. As the fans thought this would be the end, the experienced
Dallas somehow manages to pulls the ropes, making Morrison lose his balance and
fall on the turnbuckle.
- DDP viciously assaults Morrison with several punches
and foot chokes, completely disregarding the referee’s orders leading to the
eventual disqualification.
Winner by DQ: John Morrison
- Dallas shoves the referee and continues the
beatdown on Morrison, taunting the crowd and setting up a Piledriver. Suddenly, Drew Galloway comes rushing down
the ring, aiming for some revenge for what Dallas did to him last week. Again,
DDP is fast enough to avoid Galloway and taunts from the ramp, as the
Scottish superstar screams for him to enter the ring again.
- We return to the broadcast team and more
breaking news coming out! It’s been made official: Drew Galloway and Diamond
Dallas Page will face each other at TNA Sacrifice in an Anything Goes Match!
The heated rivarlry will meet an even more dangerous scenario this Sunday!
Still tonight, a stipulation for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship match
between champion Ethan Carter III and Sting will be revealed! Wait a second….

- Ladies and gentlemen, we getting word that
there was a huge brawl backstage minutes ago between TNA Tag Team Champions
Scott Steiner & Booker T and The Wolves! Apparently both teams went on each
other as soon as they meet and the situation went completely out of control.
Several officials and securities had to throw both teams out of the building in
order to prevent further chaos! Things are surely getting extremely personal in
TNA and it’s no different with these teams, who will be facing each other at
Sacrifice for the TNA Tag Team Titles! Moving on, coming up we’re finally going
to see the debut of “Reborn” Matt Sydal against the recent addition to The
Bullet Club stable, PJ Black! That match is next!
Match 3 –
VS
- A
great ovation to the always likable Matt Sydal, who has been making quite a
name for himself over in NJPW. On the other hand, PJ Black is already on the
fans blacklist but the young South African star doesn’t seem bothered by it and
starts the match in style, with several reversals and outplaying Sydal in every
way. Sydal and PJ share a smile with each other, knowing that this Sunday one
of them could became the new X-Division Champion. Sydal and PJ show great athleticism
and almost equal skills, countering every move until PJ shoved Sydal against
the ropes and hit a nasty backbreaker. After that, PJ went to work on Sydal’s
legs, hitting several knee slams and stomping it multiple times. As the crowd
boos, PJ does the “Too Sweat” gesture before going for a running low dropkick
which Sydal reverses and hits an insane Headscissors takedown, followed by a Shining
wizard.
- The crowd begins to pop for Sydal as he sets up the Aftershock but PJ
denies it and actually hits a Here It is Driver, a signature move from Sydal
himself!
- Unfortunately for “The Darewolf” it wasn’t enough which made PJ climb
the second tope and try to finish it up with the 450º Splash but this time it
was Sydal who managed a counter, pulling his knees up and hitting the Here It
is Driver followed by a breath-taking Shooting Star Press, earning the victory
on his Impact debut!
Winner: Matt Sydal
- PJ Black is helped by fellow Bullet Club
members The Young Bucks as Matt Sydal celebrates in the ring and signals that
he wants the X-Division Championship, proving without a shadow of a doubt that
his exciting style is a great addition to TNA!
- We return and we see Tommy Dreamer backstage,
promoting his upcoming House of Hardcore show to several superstars. Suddenly
Matt Hardy enters the room and stares at Dreamer. “The Innovator of Violence”
greets him and tells him it’s great to be back and see all these familiar
faces. Hardy cuts him off and asks him what is he doing, which Dreamer replies
telling him that he’s inviting whoever wants to show up at his upcoming House
of Hardcore show. He tells Matt that he already invited Jeff via e-mail but
still need to hear from him. Matt Hardy gets angry and says that’s exactly the
issue. It’s always about Jeff. Everyone wants Jeff Hardy but no one remembers
Matt Hardy, who’s as good if not better than his brother. He tells Dreamer he
should be begging to have an Icon such as him in his weak shows, otherwise it’s
just a bunch of nobodies that no one wants to see anyway. Tommy Dreamer says he’s
wrong and that his show will have stars that people known and love and he
should be more respectful otherwise things could go south rather quickly.
Dreamer then says he has an idea, why doesn’t Matt Hardy come to his house and
show what he is made of by going one-on-one against……. Him! Matt Hardy smiles
at Dreamer and just says “you’re on” before leaving the room, leaving Dreamer
pleased.
- After a small commercial break, we return to
ringside and out comes TNA’s Founder and Bullet Club member Jeff Jarrett, who
will most likely address the rumours we all be hearing about. Jarrett starts by
saying how this is a fantastic time to be a wrestling fan and more importantly,
a TNA fan. He says that he’s been receiving tons of messages and phone calls
about the rumours going around on social media that TNA and New Japan Pro
Wrestling have reached a business agreement and will collaborate from now on.
Well, he can proudly say it’s true, which brings a tremendous cheer from the
crowd on Impact Zone. Jarrett says he wasn’t kidding when he said he was
changing things up and here is the proof of it, a new founded alliance between
two forces in professional wrestling. Jarrett then begins heeling up and saying
that in reality he did this for himself because he can and because he wants to
show all the internet marks that Japanese wrestling and their superstars aren’t
that great compared to TNA’s own. The crowd begins to boo as Jarrett says they
can boo all they want, it’s just a fact. But that’s other news because he wants
to announce something else. Something that everyone will love and something
that it’s just…..well, right. Jarrett announces that at TNA Sacrifice he will
be facing Bobby Lashley for the King of The Mountain Championship! He says
Lashley is one of the biggest phonies he ever remembers seeing in his career
and the whole “fighter” thing is simply throwing sand to the fans eyes because
everyone knows if he was that good, he would be at UFC and not Bellator. Crowd
boos. Jarrett says that he has shown in the past how good of a MMA fighter he
is so he has no doubt whatsoever that he can take out Lashley, expose him for
what he really is, a damn fake! “The King of The Mountain” finishes off by
telling everyone that TNA is his kingdom and he is the one and only King of the
damn Mountain and you better deal with it! His theme plays out as he smirks to
the camera. Coming up next, our Main Event! Mr. Anderson will lock horns
against “Big Daddy Cool” Kevin Nash! Don’t you miss it!
Main Event –
VS
- Kevin
Nash comes out accompanied by his long-time friends Scott Hall & X-Pac,
which apparently doesn’t surprise Anderson much. The match is as expected, with
Nash showing all of his power and strength, overwhelming Anderson from the
get-go. Anderson tries to protect himself and gain some time but Nash doesn’t
let go and keeps playing around with Anderson, throwing him around the ring
like a ragdoll and taunting to the crowd. The helpless Anderson doesn’t seem to
know where he is right now, which brings laughs from Nash and his Band members
at ringside. Nash continues to punch and choke Anderson and telling the referee
to get away, that this is “their house” and “their rules”. Nash again goes for
a right jab but Anderson moves and pulls Nash head first against the corner!
Anderson realizes that this is his opportunity and goes on a running dropkick spree
on Nash, followed by a DDT.
- The crowd gets behind Anderson as he goes to the
second rope and attempts the Kenton Bomb but the sneaky X-Pac pulls the ropes
and goes on the apron, taunting Anderson. The referee sees this and quickly
bans X-Pac from ringside, making him furious and pulling the referee from the
ring.
- At that same moment, Scott Hall enters the ring and tries a cheap shot on
Anderson who amazingly gets Hall and connects with the Mic Check! A dizzy
Anderson turns around and eats a huge Big Boot from Kevin Nash, who takes advantage
of the distraction and sets up the Jackknife Powerbomb but Anderson does a
desperate rake to the eyes on Nash, leaving enough time to hit a strong Mic
Check on the big man! The referee finally re-enters the ring and counts the
pin! Anderson wins! Despite being clearly outnumbered, he managed to secure
well-deserving victory!
Winner: Mr. Anderson
- Mr. Anderson tries to recuperate from his
outstanding win when the TNA World Heavyweight Champion EC3 shows out of
nowhere and hits Anderson right in the gut with a sledgehammer! EC3 was
supposed to take the night off but it seems he wasn’t sure about The Band
getting the job done.
- Suddenly, the crowd begins to cheer massively as Sting storms
the ring with his signature baseball bat and hits EC3 right in the head,
sending the champion rolling to the floor outside. Meanwhile X-Pac returns and
tries a cheap shot on Sting but “The Vigilante” reverses and hits the Scorpion
Death Drop! Stinger is fired up and calls EC3 back to the ring, as the champion
and The Band go on retreat. Sting picks the mic and says that in case he was wondering;
their match this Sunday will be a Six Sides of Steel Cage Match!
- The crowd goes
wild as Sting celebrates in the ring much to the shock of EC3! That’s all for
tonight folks, be sure to tune in for TNA Sacrifice! Goodnight!
